Careers Day 2014
These one-day events are intended to introduce people to options for future career development in art historical fields, and to set out the sorts of opportunities which may be available to students studying art history or visual culture.
Careers Day 2014
25 October, 2014
10.30 - 16.30
Barber Institute of Fine Arts, University of Birmingham
This year’s AAH Careers Day will be held at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts at the University of Birmingham. It is primarily aimed at undergraduate students and recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in the arts and heritage sectors.
The Careers Day will bring together a wide-range of speakers from leading cultural institutions who will share their professional experiences and expertise in areas such as curating, art management, gallery education, and research.
There will be a series of informal talks followed by Q&A sessions that explore different careers possibilities and offer insight into what these professions might entail.
