2017 Art Book Fair: Information & Bookings

The Venue

Now in its 43rd year, the 2017 AAH Annual Conference will take place at Loughborough. The three-day Art Book Fair will form part of the main hub of the event, close to registration, refreshments and sessions. The Art Book Fair will be open to conference delegates and the general public. AAH Conferences attracts up to 500 delegates, including international academics, curators and postgraduate researchers.

The Art Book Fair is a perfect event for publishers to engage directly with academics, curators, researchers and students who are at the forefront of today’s art history and visual culture. In addition to opportunity to sell books to a specific audience, The Art Book Fair is a chance for Commissioning Editors to talk with delegates about their research.

Exhibition tables - now FULLY BOOKED
These are stand-alone trestle tables measuring 1.8m in length. They include 1 chair and accommodates 1 person only. A double table offers twice that of a single.
Exhibitors will also receive lunch and refreshments throughout the conference and can attend Keynote events and Receptions, space permitted. WiFi will be provided. Tablecloths are not included with the table.

Useful Add-ons


Additional publishing staff - If you require an additional member of your staff to help ‘man’ your exhibition table. There is an additional charge of £100 per personnel for 3 days.

Table share - If you don’t need much space and are interested in sharing an exhibition table with another publisher.

Booking and Payment

Terms and Conditions

Email confirmation of your booking and a receipt will be issued within 5 days of receiving your online booking. If you do not receive a reply within 5 days please contact the AAH Office, admin@aah.org.uk.

Important Information: Since 27 September 2011, the AAH was made aware that it should charge VAT on certain aspects of Bookfair Bookings - notably on advertising and sponsorship (but not stands or tables). The online booking form will, therefore, include any applicable VAT automatically.

Cancellations Policy
Refunds up to 50% of the fees may be given up to 1 March 2017. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellations of bookings need to be received via email to bookfair@aah.org.uk

The conference organisers reserve the right to change the venue of this event should the need arise. Please note that the conference organisers will provide reasonable precautions for the security of exhibitors and their property. However, no liability can be accepted for loss or damage, however caused.
